1. Busines Strategy Team Leader

  1. To overview existing cinema operation activies
  2. Rewiew, analyze and provide insight to management for business improvement
  3. To provide insight and recommendation on new/proposed business unit to management or another team
  4. To work closely with operation team and make suer its target is aligned with company’s strategic target

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree education background from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years in business development on managemen field as a team leader position
  • Work experience in retail or e-comerce industry is preferred
  • Analytical, detail oriented, team player, and creative personality
  • Proficient in both written & oral English

2. CGV Chef

Responsibility

  1. Ensure hygiene and sanitation standar in area well-implemented
  2. Design food & beverage menu and promotion to be sold in CFV kitchen
  3. Conduct regular training for kitchen staff/ cook as day to day operation
  4. Analyze sales of menu items to determine improvement action to increase CGV kitchen performance
  5. Ordering, stock inventory, and waste management control to maximize profitability

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree from Culinary or Hotel Industry
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
  • Able to dvelop & create a menu with costing knowledge
  • Understand and capable to control waste & stock inventory
  • Have knowledge and skill with western & Asian food
  • Willing to work in shift on weekday/weekend

3. F&B Floor part Leader

Responsibility :

  1. Responsible in overseeing day to day operation and training staff
  2. Ensure the outlet Is consistent with the company’s mission, vision, ad policies
  3. Grow sales & transaction
  4. Handling complaint and responsible to take preventive action
  5. Creating daily, weekly, and monthly report to the manager & management

Requirements :

  • Education background minimal Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Having minimum 2 years experience managing restaurant operation
  • As a Supervisor/Manager
  • Having F&B management skill : Opening Outlet, Restaurant Operation & System, and Training Staff
  • Fluent in English

4. Branding Marketing Manager

Responsibility:

  1. Bulkid marketing plan program including (but not limited to) define what the priority program, who will be the right audience, who will b stakeholders, how to approach them and select the right media and message to amplify the programs
  2. Communication with all stakeholders (both internal and external company)  to finde synergy
  3. On building programs and action plant
  4. Create specific campaign to accelerate the program performance, monitor to the execution until develop the report to evaluate the campaign to find the improvement for Another campaign
  5. Execute all marketing communication including paid media and own media channels
  6. Comine performance markting with offline event as part of  an integrated effort and as additional alternate revenue from non-movie business
  7. Plantverse the creative content and marketing message distribution on all channels

5. Membership & Loyality (CRM) Marketing

Responsibility :

  1. Create & setup membership policy & benefit
  2. Mange & maintain membership point, loyalty, rewards
  3. Able to manage member Database & Segementation
  4. Capable of CRM & Communication to member/Customer
  5. Create CGV member program/Promo
  6. Manage & maintain CGV member online channel
  7. Promote CGV member at onsite, online & partner
  8. Monitor & make suer administration CGV member & CGV online is running well
  9. Frequenly crtate plan & report for CGV member & CGV online

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in membership & CRM industries
  • Candidate must posses at least associate degree
  • Know to work using CMS, Dashboard, & Cloud based platform
  • Often & familiar with excel formula function for reporting & analysis
  • Often & familiar with power point for presentation

6. Sosial Media Specialist

Responsibility :

  1. Play role as brand guarding through overseeing social media content design, copywriting, setting and ensuring the heig quality standard and aligment of social media content with brand guidelines personality
  2. Lead al social media deliverables which, community management, reposting & insight
  3. Work closely with brand marketing team and Creative team do develop best social media content
  4. Communcate with industry professional and influencers via social media create strong network
  5. Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analitycal side, able to demonstrate why their area analytical sond

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in social media marketing and creative development
  • Profienct in all social media channels, consumer behaviour, and how each platform can be on social media platforms
  • Social media savvy
  • Experience in digital marketing and SEO
  • Experience in design & creative visual content is advantage
