Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Rotational program within the logistics operation team to meet our sellers and logistics partners for an in-depth introduction to first mile and last mile E-commerce logistics at TikTok Shop
  • Prepare data and ensure data quality to resolve manual updates, weight discrepancy, and lost & damage claims between sellers and logistics partners
  • Assist with random quality control checks and work with managers to prevent abnormal deliveries
  • Gather feedback (from issues, inquiries, complaints) and work with managers to recommend improvement plans for logistics team

6. Graduate Platform Campaign Planning & Operation (E-Commerce) – 2023 Start

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conceptualizing, developing and executing marketing campaigns, including major sales (e.g. 11.11), seasonal festivals (e.g. Chinese New Year, Christmas) and other major cross-category campaigns.
  • Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal account managers, user research, creator manager, and other cross functional teams (e.g. Marketing team, PR, graphic designers, product team, R&D team etc etc) for campaign creation and optimization.
